BerryMethod is Hiring a Human Resource Specialist Near Laguna Niguel, CA

We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist with experience in Payroll and people management. We offer a great work environment, professional development, and the opportunity to go permanent within a few months.

We are currently starting you off, at around $30 per hour (If the experience is fitting, we can negotiate the start pay, but there is a salary increase opportunity after).

What we need you to have:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficiency in mathematical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Payroll and Dealer DMS software and computer programs
  • Ability to provide compliant information and assistance regarding HR activities, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Thorough understanding of Payroll and HR laws and compliance at Federal and State levels
  • People management, small teams
  • Experience working in the Automotive industry is a PLUS

What you get to do with us:

  • Manage all health benefits, workers' comp, etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement
  • Complete full payroll posting and benefit reconciliation
  • Process and onboard new hire applicants
  • Handle weekly time cards and various monthly/quarterly/year-end reports (May work occasional Saturdays on this)
  • Create and maintain digital logins and access for various software programs
  • Manage small teams of less than 6 people
